There are not many universal experiences that everyone knows about and one day encounters...but death fits that description. Jesus tells a story that clearly outlines what happens when it happens...and that there are only two options available. It ought to leave us all asking: Am I ready or not?
Looking at the life of Jesus through the eyes of those who were there provided Luke an opportunity to learn about our Savior. If we hope to grow at being like Jesus today we need to gain insight through his pen as well.
