The greatest power Jesus demonstrated was the power over death itself. In order completely defeat death Jesus would die himself...and in the process provide us with eternal life and so much more.
Looking at the life of Jesus through the eyes of those who were there provided Luke an opportunity to learn about our Savior. If we hope to grow at being like Jesus today we need to gain insight through his pen as well.
